Product IntroductionModel JFS tipping skip is equipped with Model BF fall arrester to prevent breakage of hoisting steel ropes or connecting devices during hoisting operations. In the event of rope fracture, the fall arrester can steadily clamp the skip onto the braking steel ropes to eliminate cage falling accidents.
This skip is mainly applied to non-coal mines such as iron ore mines, gold mines and gypsum mines. A crankshaft is fitted at the bottom of the skip, and a curved rail is installed on the headframe.
After the skip is fully loaded with materials and hoisted to the wellhead, the fixed track wheels on the skip enter the curved rail on the headframe. As the skip continues ascending to the preset height, the skip body automatically tilts 45°~65° along the rail and unloads materials into the designated receiving hopper. The skip resets automatically during descent.
