Product IntroductionThe JK/2JK series single-rope winding mine hoist is suitable for the continuous and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel weighing 6 to 17 tons. It is widely used in metal and non-metal mines such as gold mines, copper mines, and iron mines. The hoist can be deployed in various scenarios, including surface industrial yards, underground inclined roadways, and medium to large vertical shafts, enabling efficient, reliable, and continuous lifting and lowering of ores, equipment, and personnel.
Structural Features and Working Principle
The hoist adopts a modular design, integrating a main shaft assembly, reducer, YVF variable-frequency motor, and an intelligent electrical control system. During operation, the variable-frequency motor drives the reducer through an elastic coupling. The speed is reduced via a two-stage helical gear transmission, and the rotation is then transmitted to the drum via a drum gear coupling. The brake control system precisely regulates the motor's forward and reverse rotation as well as speed adjustment, enabling intelligent winding and unwinding of the wire rope to accomplish lifting tasks. The system features closed-loop speed control, travel detection, and a control system that enables full-process monitoring and multiple protections, ensuring smooth wire rope handling and an efficient, stable, and reliable lifting process.
