Product IntroductionThe JZ/2JZ series shaft sinking winches are specifically designed for mine shaft excavation. They are primarily used for suspending equipment such as hanging discs, water pumps, ventilation ducts, compressed air cylinders, and grouting pipes during vertical shaft excavation, as well as for tensioning guide ropes. They can also be utilized for lifting heavy objects on the surface or underground, replacing wire ropes in multi-rope friction hoists, or serving as temporary vertical shaft winches.
Safety Notice
This winch is suitable for short-term, intermittent operations and must not be used for long-term continuous heavy lifting. It is strictly prohibited to transport personnel.
Structural Features and Working Principle
After starting the motor, power is transmitted via an elastic coupling to the reducer. After speed reduction, the power is transferred through a cross-slider coupling to drive the main shaft assembly. By controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, the drum can wind or unwind the wire rope, enabling reciprocating lifting and lowering of loads while steadily outputting the required operational torque.
Collaborative Operation of Shaft Sinking Winch Groups
In large-scale vertical shaft excavation projects, groups of shaft sinking winches are typically installed between the shaft headframe and the hoisting machinery room. The number of winches is configured based on the shaft dimensions, construction processes, and load requirements. Through a centralized control system, these winches operate collaboratively to achieve synchronized suspension of multiple lifting points, tensioning of guide ropes, and equipment lifting, ensuring efficient and coordinated operations in complex construction environments.
