Mining bucket

The hook type bucket is a critical lifting equipment during vertical shaft sinking and the initial stages of shaft headframe construction. It is suitable for various operations such as shaft excavation, muck (waste rock) hoisting, personnel and material transportation, and temporary drainage. Often used in conjunction with an automatic muck tipping device, it forms an efficient and coordinated shaft construction hoisting system, comprehensively meeting the diverse construction needs of the initial phase of mine development.

Structural Features and Working Principle:  

Utilizes modular components such as the bucket beam, bucket body, pin shaft, and bucket lugs, ensuring a robust and reliable structure that is easy to assemble and maintain.  

The bucket lugs and pin shaft are designed to cooperate with the hook, providing stable suspension and convenient attachment/detachment, making it suitable for frequent lifting operations.  

The bucket body's capacity and structure are optimized to accommodate both muck loading and drainage functions, adapting to multiple uses during shaft construction.

Working Principle:

During hoisting, the bucket is connected to the hoisting rope via the socket hook, ensuring smooth and vertical movement.  

Upon reaching the muck discharge point, the bucket can automatically tilt with the aid of a matching automatic tipping device, enabling rapid unloading of waste rock.  

In drainage mode, the bucket serves as a temporary water storage and lifting container, supporting drainage operations within the shaft to enhance construction efficiency.
