Product IntroductionThe lubrication station mainly supplies lubricating oil to gear friction pairs, forming an oil film of a certain thickness between the meshing gear surfaces to avoid direct metal contact between gears. The circulating oil can also carry away heat generated during power transmission, and flush metal particles, impurities and other debris produced by normal wear on gear surfaces out of the meshing zone. This achieves the goals of improving transmission efficiency, reducing friction between gears, lowering wear, cutting power consumption, and extending the service life of equipment.
Precise Oil Supply:
Oil flow is distributed through throttle plugs and directional valves, delivering a fixed quantity of lubricant to friction pairs such as bearings and gears.
Contamination Control:
Two-stage filtration (coarse filtration on the inlet line + fine filtration on the return line) intercepts contaminants including metal debris and dust.
Thermal Management:
The cooler prevents the oil temperature from exceeding 60℃. In low-temperature environments, the oil must be preheated to above 10℃ before equipment startup.
