working principle
Introduction to permanent magnet motor: The stator of the motor consists of a shell, an iron core, and windings. The stator core with winding is directly heat sealed inside the stator shell. The stator core is made of high-quality and low consumption electrical silicon steel sheets, which are laminated together. Both sides of each silicon steel sheet are insulated with heat-resistant inorganic coatings. The entire stator core is compressed with steel rings at both ends of the core. The coil and outer edge form a sturdy and durable structure that can withstand the impact caused by sudden short circuits and load changes. The insulation level is designed as F level, which means that the temperature limit for large hot spots is 155 ℃. The rotor consists of a rotor bracket, an iron core mounted on the rotor, and permanent magnets installed inside the iron core. The rotor shaft is supported by forged steel and precision machined to precise specifications. The rotor core is made of laminated silicon steel sheets, which are laminated between two thick steel sheets. Several steel bars pass axially through the silicon steel sheet and are fixed on the end steel sheet to make the laminated structure more compact and the iron core more sturdy. The excitation energy is provided by permanent magnets installed inside the rotor core. No external connection is required. Permanent magnet materials are selected based on mechanical, heating, and magnetic demagnetization requirements, and can ensure the continuous provision of the torque required for the operation of the hoist.

Installation, use and maintenance of mining hoisting winch (permanent magnet motor)
1 It is strictly prohibited to open the lid with electricity on。
2 Pay attention to protecting the fasteners and rubber sealing rings introduced into the device during maintenance。
3 During equipment operation, water cooling is required. Cooling water: The cooling water temperature at the inlet of the motor should not be higher than+33 ℃, nor should it be lower than+5 ℃;
The pressure of the cooling water is 0.2-0.5MPa, and the flow rate is not less than 3t/h;
4 Each phase of the stator winding end is embedded with a thermal protection element Pt100, and the winding temperature shall not exceed 130 ℃. Temperature protection and warning are achieved through a frequency converter. When the winding temperature reaches 120 ℃, the frequency converter should sound an alarm, and when it exceeds 130 ℃, the frequency converter will automatically control the shutdown。
Attention:
a)The maintenance of permanent magnet motors during use should be regularly inspected according to coal mine safety regulations, such as the integrity of the outer surface and the presence of rust;
b)Every other week or so, clean the coal dust on the joint surface with clean cotton wool or foam plastic and apply antirust oil. The antirust oil should not be too much, or it will affect the performance;
c)Check if there are any broken wires or loose connections in the wiring;
d)When a permanent magnet motor is used again after being idle for a long time, its performance must be checked for completeness。
e)If any problems are found, they should be replaced and brought to the ground for repair;
