Product IntroductionThe DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor is an improved product based on the original TD75 model. The TD75 belt conveyor was primarily designed for small conveying capacities and featured a relatively lightweight structure. With the development of heavy industry, the demand for higher conveying capacities gradually increased, and the TD75 model could no longer meet industrial requirements. This led to the subsequent development of the DTⅡ type belt conveyor.
The DTⅡ(A) type belt conveyor was introduced based on years of application experience with the DTⅡ model, user feedback, and specific requirements. It incorporates a CAD system software for belt conveyor design, expands the variety and specifications of some components, and improves certain structures while correcting errors. In the revised design, the fasteners, specialized materials, and manufacturing and assembly technical conditions used all adhere to the latest national standards. All design drawings are created using CAD.
