Product IntroductionThe inclined-leg permanent headframe is a critical facility in modern mine hoisting systems, specifically designed for ground-mounted multi-rope friction hoists and drum winding systems. Featuring a large-span inclined-leg structure, it combines structural simplicity, rational load distribution, and efficient construction, significantly reducing building costs while enhancing operational reliability. After shaft completion, the temporary sinking headframe must be converted into a permanent headframe to meet the long-term production needs of the mine. The vertical shaft multi-rope friction hoist headframe is a representative structure of this type, widely used for hoisting operations in various vertical shafts and responsible for transporting coal, ore, personnel, and materials.
Structural Features and Working Principle:
The headframe employs a modular steel structure design connected by high-strength bolts, facilitating rapid on-site assembly. Its core structural feature lies in the optimized load transfer path: all hoisting loads are transmitted through the sheave platform to the inclined-leg main truss and then transferred to the foundation via the base system. The inclined-leg design enables the main structure to efficiently bear the long-term dynamic loads of the permanent hoisting system under full-load operation, including the significant working tension of multi-rope friction hoists and the impact loads from frequent starts and stops, while maintaining excellent wind and seismic resistance stability.
| Comparison between sinking headframe and permanent headframe | ||
| Aspect | sinking headframe | permanent headframe |
| Service Stage | Mine construction period (shaft sinking and lining stage for the main and auxiliary shafts) | Mine production period (from commissioning to closure) |
| Core Purpose | To serve shaft sinking operations (e.g., lowering sinking equipment, hoisting waste rock, placing concrete lining) | To serve the mine's production hoisting needs for its entire operational life |
| Structural Features | Relatively lightweight, modular, easy to disassemble and install. Commonly uses steel pipe or prefabricated metal structures. | Robust, massive, fixed, with extremely high load-bearing capacity requirements. |
| Hoisting Equipment | Equipped with sinking winches and temporary head sheaves. | Equipped with permanent hoists (large drum hoists or friction hoists) and permanent head sheaves or friction wheels. |
| Lifespan | Several months to a few years (dismantled upon completion of shaft sinking and lining). | Matches the mine's service life, potentially several decades. |
