It is particularly suitable for working conditions where concrete conveying pipes cannot be used, such as in freezing method construction, serving as a reliable and efficient concrete transportation container for vertical shaft pouring operations.
Structural Features and Working Principle:
Features a robust bucket body and high-strength bucket beam structure, providing excellent overall load-bearing capacity and adaptability to the complex underground construction environment.
Equipped with a sector-shaped gate at the bottom, paired with a handle-type opening/closing mechanism and a locking device, ensuring simple operation and reliable sealing.
The structural design balances stability and discharge efficiency, facilitating safe and precise concrete placement within the confined shaft space.
Working Principle:
Loading Phase: Concrete is loaded into the bucket at the ground surface or mixing station, with the gate locked to prevent leakage during transport.
Lowering and Positioning:The bucket is lowered to the pouring position via the hoisting system and smoothly positioned using guiding devices.
Discharge Operation: The operator opens the sector-shaped gate via the handle, allowing concrete to discharge evenly from the bottom by gravity for rapid pouring.
Return and Reloading: After discharge, the gate is closed, and the bucket is hoisted back to the surface to cycle for the next operation, meeting the demands of continuous construction.
