Structure Features & Working Principle:

The constant deceleration hydraulic station builds on traditional hydraulic stations with enhanced functions and integrated optimization for intelligent closed-loop control. Its key units include

Intelligent Sensing UnitIntegrates high-precision encoders speed detection, inertial measurement units real-time deceleration measurement, multi-channel pressure sensors. Collects braking process dynamic data real time.

Working Principle:

High-speed Electro-hydraulic Control Valve GroupCore fitted with high-frequency response proportional servo valves or digital flow valves. Receives control commands, rapidly accurately adjusts brake cylinder hydraulic pressure and flow.

Dual Redundant Safety Control Circuit: Adopts main PLC control system plus independent safety relay hard-wired circuits or dedicated safety controllers. Supports SIL2/3 safety levels. Directly monitors key parameters, triggers safe braking amid main system failures.

High-performance Hydraulic Power Unit: Fitted with variable pumps or fixed pumps driven by variable frequency motors, providing a stable and rapidly adjustable hydraulic power source for the system.

Core of the working principle is a real-time closed-loop control of "Perception-Decision-Execution" to maintain the preset constant deceleration:

Real-time Perception: After a braking command is issued, the system continuously and accurately measures the real-time speed and instantaneous deceleration of the hoisting container via encoders and IMUs.

Intelligent Decision-making: The main controller compares the measured deceleration with the preset constant deceleration value in real time and calculates the adjustment amount of the braking torque.

Precise Execution: Controller transmits adjustment commands to high-frequency response proportional valves. Dynamically accurately adjusts brake cylinder hydraulic pressure. Alters brake shoe friction force against brake disc. Realizes braking torque closed-loop control.

Closed-loop Regulation: Measurement-comparison-adjustment cycle repeats millisecond cycles. Forms dynamic closed-loop control. Actual deceleration closely follows preset curve whole braking process. Achieves smooth controlled uniform deceleration stop.
