| Working Principle: High-speed Electro-hydraulic Control Valve Group: Core fitted with high-frequency response proportional servo valves or digital flow valves. Receives control commands, rapidly accurately adjusts brake cylinder hydraulic pressure and flow. Dual Redundant Safety Control Circuit: Adopts main PLC control system plus independent safety relay hard-wired circuits or dedicated safety controllers. Supports SIL2/3 safety levels. Directly monitors key parameters, triggers safe braking amid main system failures. High-performance Hydraulic Power Unit: Fitted with variable pumps or fixed pumps driven by variable frequency motors, providing a stable and rapidly adjustable hydraulic power source for the system.
