Central Slewing Grab

The HZ-6(4) Central-Slewing Grab Loader is a high-efficiency mucking equipment specifically designed for vertical shaft excavation. It is widely applicable in shafts with a net diameter of 4 meters or larger in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines. Primarily used for grabbing loose rock after blasting (fragment size ≤500mm) and loading it into buckets, it is a key piece of equipment for improving shaft construction efficiency and safety, and has been widely and reliably adopted in various mines across the country.

Structural Features and Working Principle  

Structure: Central-slewing type, fixed to the hanging platform, compact and efficient.  

Slewing Mechanism: Optimized support and universal joints enable smooth slewing of ≥360° with minimal maintenance.  

Luffing mechanism: The improved booster cylinder (pneumatic-hydraulic linkage) delivers precise and powerful actuation. Lifting mechanism: The integration of pneumatic and braking systems ensures accurate lifting and lowering, along with secure suspension.  

Operation: Centralized control valves allow a single operator to perform all functions.
