Working Principle: JC series reducer transmits power and motion via multi-stage gear meshing: Power Input: High-speed, low-torque power from the hoist main motor is transferred to the reducer input shaft via a coupling. Speed Reduction & Torque Increase: Power transfers via two extra precision gear stages: input pinion → intermediate gear → intermediate pinion → output gear. Speed drops sharply each stage, torque rises proportionally. Power Output: Low-speed, high-torque power drives the hoist drum to wind or release the steel rope, achieving smooth load lifting/lowering. Operation: Double-arc hardened ground gears ensure smooth transmission, low vibration, low noise, reducing mechanical shock and wear during mining hoisting. |
