2JKB Mining Hoist Winch

The JKB/2JKB series single-rope winding explosion-proof mine hoist is designed for continuous lifting and lowering of materials weighing 6 to 17 tons, primarily applied in industrial environments with explosion hazards. It is suitable for coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines of shallow to medium depth, handling tasks such as surface hoisting of coal, ores, gangue, personnel transportation, and lowering of materials, tools, and equipment. Depending on user requirements, the hoist’s motor and electrical control system can be configured with variable frequency speed regulation and may also be adapted for other traction and transportation purposes.

Structural Features and Working Principle

This hoist adopts a modular design, integrating main shaft assembly, gear reducer, YVF variable frequency motor, and an intelligent electrical control system. During operation, the variable frequency motor drives the reducer through an elastic coupling. After two-stage helical gear speed reduction, the rotation is transmitted to the drum via a drum gear coupling. The braking control system enables precise control of motor direction and speed, facilitating intelligent winding and unwinding of the wire rope to accomplish lifting operations. Equipped with closed-loop speed regulation, travel detection, and a comprehensive control system for full-process monitoring and multi-layered protection, it ensures smooth handling of the hoisting rope. With its single-rope winding design, this hoist serves as an efficient and reliable core equipment for various mining operations, material transportation, and personnel lifting applications.
