Product IntroductionThe JKMD/JKM series multi-rope friction hoists are suitable for efficient and continuous transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel weighing 6–17 tons in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metallic mines. They are widely used in surface industrial yards, tower-type installations, and large ground-mounted vertical shafts, enabling reliable lifting and lowering of ores, equipment, and personnel.
Structural Features and Working Principle
This product supports two installation forms: ground-mounted and tower-mounted:
Ground-mounted:Installed on the ground, suitable for vertical shafts without tower structures, featuring short construction cycles and low costs.
Tower-mounted:Installed at the top of a shaft tower, offering a compact structure, efficient use of ground space, and high overall system stability.
The equipment mainly consists of a motor, reducer, friction pulley, braking system, depth indicator, speed measurement and limiting system, and an operating system. It employs a hydraulically controlled braking system with dual-level safety braking, ensuring smooth stopping in emergencies. Operating on the principle of flexible friction transmission, the hoist lifts and lowers loads through friction between the wire ropes and the friction pulley linings. Equipped with travel detection and an intelligent control system, it provides full-process monitoring and multiple safety protections, ensuring smooth wire rope operation. This hoist serves as an efficient and reliable core equipment for large-scale deep-shaft mining operations.

| The product specifications listed in this table are the preferred specifications. During selection, if the anti-slip calculation of the system does not meet the requirements, the entire hoisting system may be adjusted. If the requirements are still not met, select the next higher specification. For large multi-rope friction hoists with high installed power, where single-drive transmission cannot meet operational requirements, TypeⅣ dual-motor drive is preferred. | ||||||||||||
