Product IntroductionThe JTP/JK series permanent magnet mine hoists (winches) are professional equipment designed for heavy-duty material lifting operations of 3 to 17 tons in mining. They are widely used in the extraction operations of metal mines, such as gold and copper mines, as well as various non-metallic mines. Suitable for multiple scenarios including surface industrial yards, underground inclined roadways, and small to medium-sized vertical shafts, these hoists enable efficient, reliable, and continuous lifting and lowering of materials such as ores, equipment, and personnel. With a compact structure, small footprint, and simplified foundation requirements, the product is particularly well-suited for mining projects with strict spatial layout constraints.
Built-In Permanent Magnet Direct Drive
The permanent magnet drive motor is integrated inside the drum structure, featuring high integration, a short transmission chain, and a compact design. This configuration is suitable for applications with limited space and stringent requirements for transmission efficiency and reliability.
External Permanent Magnet Direct Drive
The permanent magnet drive motor is located outside the drum and transmits power directly through a rigid coupling. This design facilitates maintenance and heat dissipation, making it ideal for retrofit projects that require frequent inspections, high heat dissipation, or structural adaptability.
Working Principle
Utilizing permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive technology, the motor rotor is directly coupled with the drum, eliminating traditional transmission components. By precisely controlling the motor speed and torque, the drum is directly driven to rotate, enabling intelligent winding and unwinding of the wire rope and ensuring smooth operation of the lifting container.
