Product IntroductionThis series of disc-brake JZ shaft sinking winches (5-40 tons) is specifically designed for mine shaft excavation. They are primarily used for suspending equipment such as hanging platforms, water pumps, ventilation ducts, compressed air cylinders, and grouting pipes during vertical shaft sinking, as well as for tensioning guide ropes. They can also be employed for lifting other heavy loads on the surface or underground, replacing wire ropes on multi-rope friction hoists, or serving as temporary vertical shaft winches.
Safety Notice
These winches are suitable for short-term, intermittent operations and are not designed for long-term continuous heavy lifting. Transporting personnel is strictly prohibited.
Structural Features and Working Principle
After starting the motor, power is transmitted via an elastic coupling to the reducer. Following speed reduction, the power drives the main shaft assembly through a cross-slider coupling. By controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, the drum can wind or unwind the wire rope. The power is transmitted through a two-stage coupling and reducer system to drive the main shaft, enabling the lifting or lowering of the load via motor rotation control. The winch is equipped with a core hydraulic disc braking system, which delivers high torque and smooth "spot braking," reducing operator effort and facilitating integration with automated systems.
Collaborative Operation Scenario of Shaft Sinking Winch Groups
In large-scale vertical shaft excavation projects, groups of shaft sinking winches are typically installed between the headframe and the hoisting machine room. The number of winches is configured according to shaft dimensions, construction techniques, and load requirements. Through a centralized control system, these winches operate in coordination to achieve synchronized suspension at multiple lifting points, tensioning of guide ropes, and equipment lifting, ensuring efficient and collaborative performance in complex construction environments.
