Hebi Wanfeng Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has successfully completed factory testing and shipment of a batch of mine hoists and supporting equipment, now en route to Zimbabwe.
The shipment includes one JTP underground mine hoist, which will serve a large gold mine in Zimbabwe. The equipment features an intelligent control system with remote monitoring and fault diagnosis capabilities. Key components are made of stainless steel, making it suitable for complex underground environments. Along with the main hoist, the shipment also includes wire ropes, hydraulic disc brakes, hydraulic power units, and control systems.
Prior to dispatch, the Wanfeng quality control team conducted comprehensive load tests, speed tests, and verification of all safety protection devices to ensure full compliance with performance standards. All components were packed in modular form using standardized packaging solutions suitable for ocean freight protection. Upon arrival in Zimbabwe, Wanfeng technicians will be deployed on-site to provide installation guidance and operator training, ensuring a smooth commissioning process.
