A very important part of daily production in mines is the mining hoisting winch, which directly affects the output of minerals. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the mining hoisting winch, daily maintenance, repair, and fault handling work must keep up. Below, we will explain how the maintenance, repair, and fault handling work of the mining hoisting winch is carried out!
(1) Use an inspection hammer to check whether the connecting parts of each part (such as bolts, rivets, pin shafts, etc.) are loose, and observe the meshing of the reducer gear through the inspection hole.
(2) Check the oil supply of the lubrication system and the working condition of the braking system.
(3) Check the looseness of the screw nut of the depth indicator, as well as whether the protective device and instruments are functioning properly.
(4) Check the stability of each rotating part, such as whether the bearings are vibrating, and whether the machine base and foundation bolts (screws) of each part are loose.
(5) Test the over roll protection device.
(6) Hand test the rope loosening signal device once and test various signals (including full bin, startup, shutdown, emergency signals, etc.).
(7) After manually inspecting the signal device of the hoist, it is also necessary to check whether the contacts of each contactor, including the signal panel, the automatic control panel, the commutator, etc., are worn. If wear is found, the equipment must be replaced in a timely manner. For burnt parts, they should be repaired in a timely manner to maintain good contact performance and prevent malfunctions.
(8) Check the rotation of the rope clutch and the pulley, such as the pads, bearings, etc.
(9) Check if the structural condition of the lifting container and its accessories (such as stoppers, connecting devices, tank ears, etc.) is normal.
(10) Check the connection and lubrication of the springs, catchers, linkage rods, etc. of the anti fall device system.
