Product IntroductionThis series of vertical shaft drills is a specialized equipment developed for shaft drilling operations in mine construction. It is widely applicable to various vertical shaft construction projects, demonstrating outstanding performance especially in large-diameter shaft drilling scenarios with variable rock hardness, balancing both construction efficiency and operational stability.
The equipment offers core advantages including a wide applicable shaft diameter range, flexible operation, and precise positioning. Powered by compressed air and utilizing hydraulic transmission technology, it achieves full mechanization of drill frame movements. Combined with pneumatic rock drills, long feed stroke design, and parallel movement mechanisms, it effectively enhances blasthole drilling accuracy and efficiency, significantly reducing auxiliary operation time and boosting overall work efficiency by 30%.
Structural Features & Working Principle
Power System: Pneumatic motor drives hydraulic pump, with multi-way valves centrally controlling cylinders to achieve automated positioning and fixation.
Positioning Design: Key cylinders equipped with hydraulic locks, paired with high-rigidity moving arms and parallel movement mechanisms, improve drilling accuracy and efficiency.
Feeding Method: Cylinder-wire rope structure allows adjustable thrust force to adapt to different rock strata, ensuring stable rod retraction and strong power.
Maintenance & Noise Reduction: Reduced number of pneumatic motors lowers operational noise; key components are standardized for easy maintenance and replacement.

Application
Product Details| Working Process: |
| Lowering:After blasting and ventilation, the large hoist at the shaft mouth (such as a winch) is used to lower the umbrella drill in its retracted state to the working face at the shaft bottom. |
| Securing:The hydraulic system is activated to press the central column against the roof, while multiple support arms extend and firmly press against predetermined positions on the shaft wall. This stabilizes the entire drilling rig into a secure "aerial working platform." |
| Drilling:Operators individually control each drilling arm to simultaneously drill multiple blast holes according to the pre-marked blasthole layout (such as cut holes, relief holes, and perimeter holes). All holes maintain excellent parallelism and consistent depth. |
