This model of belt conveyor is divided into four parts: head unloading device, transmission device, tensioning device, middle part, and tail part.
1. The head unloading device consists of an unloading rack, an unloading drum, a cleaner, and other components.

The transmission device is the driving device of the entire conveyor, consisting of a motor, coupling, reducer, transmission drum, frame, reversing drum, etc. The electric motor drives the transmission drum through a coupling. The transmission drum adopts a welded structure, and the drum surface is cold bonded with diamond shaped adhesive. The adhesive surface is thick and wear-resistant, with good quality. It can increase the friction coefficient between the drum surface and the conveyor belt, prevent slipping, reduce the wear of the drum surface, and make the surface self-cleaning.
3. The middle part and middle frame adopt a channel steel fixed frame structure, with each section of channel steel being 6 meters long. The channel steel is connected to the support legs by bolts, and the roller frame channel steel is connected by bolts. The structure is simple, easy to assemble and disassemble, low labor intensity, and short operation time.
4. The tail and tensioning device are composed of a tail frame, tail drum, buffer roller, lower roller, plow cleaner, and tensioning trolley. The tail of the machine is fixed by the tail frame, and the tail drum is installed on the tail frame. The axis position can be adjusted to correct the deviation of the conveyor belt on the tail drum. The tensioning method adopts the return column winch tensioning method.
